The primary focus of the role is the cross-functional support of
Equinix's Sustainability Program Office / ESG program and ancillary
support of Equinix's environmental sustainability efforts across
Equinix is striving to increase the depth of our ESG engagement
and globalize our approach in order to more efficiently meet the
current and future needs of our investors and customers.
Responsible for day-to-day program and project management of key
sustainability workstreams across areas such as green buildings and
certifications, energy efficiency, policy and regulatory
engagement, and renewable energy and carbon.
Support of environmental sustainability reporting, including
tracking and quantitative analysis of key metrics and developing

including gathering and synthesizing KPIs, supporting the Annual
Sustainability Report cycle and developing content for sales,
- Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
including supporting the Utilities & Energy team, Global Design,
Global Operations, Sales & Customers, Investor & Analyst Relations
3-5+ years related experience preferred (Desired technical
experience in energy, sustainability, or CSR/ESG)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics,
Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering
Master's or MBA preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex
sustainability topics to a broad range of audiences
Working knowledge of sustainability programs specific to energy,
environment and emissions (e.g. CDP, GRI, The Greenhouse Gas
Preference for candidates with expertise in green building
concepts including LEED, BREEAM, embodied carbon and WBLCA, DCIM
and energy metering and monitoring, water risk and efficiency
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with
competing and sometimes urgent deadlines and experience influencing
upwards to keep programs and projects moving

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085)
the salary range for Colorado for this role is $80,000 - $108,000
per year with 15% bonus target.
