Client Integration Specialist (REMOTE NATIONWIDE)

Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer satisfaction, process planning, execution, and the implementation process to successfully onboard physician practices onto patient engagement platform. They will present Lumeris' solutions to clients and prospects and will assist Sales, Consulting, and Client Services with client facing activity. This position is responsible for the management of customer service operations including, but not limited to, standard operating procedures, process improvements, and monitoring operational tasks to ensure they are performed within the company quality standards. This position will also work closely with internal departments in maintaining communication and documentation regarding enrollment activities for clients and collaborate with other operational departments in the organization as needed to achieve their goals.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides product demonstrations and presentations to a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
  • Provides support, research, and subject matter guidance to software development teams to help them arrive at requisite supporting systems concepts, software development plans, and integrated service delivery processes.
  • Develops and executes business diagnostics to enable product development and deployment.
  • Creates content, serves as a technical resource, develops customized models, and maintains strong working partnerships with domain experts and development partners.
  • Provides client facing support to contribute insights, expertise, and analytic capacity around data sources, client measures and methodologies, feasibility, and usability of potential client data for preliminary and/or ad-hoc analysis.
  • Creates publications including technical papers, white papers, and byline articles. Keeps abreast of business trends/product needs. Researches literature to stay current on technical methods or to solve specific problems.
  • Communicates with diverse audiences including technical stakeholders, clients, and at trade industry events.
  • Supports, mentors, and helps develop junior team members.
  • Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, training plan, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support.
  • Executes implementation plans with the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and manages customer service standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Provides expert knowledge on product functionality as a resource.
  • Reviews reporting and metrics of customer activity to determine potential opportunities.
  • Works with customers concerning issues reported and feature requests.
  • Notifies customers of system related issues and relevant product updates.


  • Bachelor's Degree in health statistics, health economics, or related field; Master of Healthcare Administration or Master of Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product development, or healthcare systems development
  • Mastery of Lumeris' products, services, and solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare informatics and metrics (HEDIS & quality, cost & utilization etc.)
  • Health care industry / health reform & accountable care knowledge and expertise
  • Proficiency in medical and pharmacy claim data, clinical data, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytic abilities with a proven track record of driving insightful findings from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to develop contextually rich and visually compelling presentations to communicate complex concepts
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong public speaking skills and the ability to present in public forums and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to required deadlines and work with diverse business and client stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel (roughly 30% post COVID)
