We're looking for a communications and program associate to help us both craft communications plans and messaging that deliver impact to the organization, as well as manage programs that support the Community and Belonging team.

As Communications and Program Associate supporting our Community and Belonging strategy, you will create content and execute plans that inform, inspire and bring to life our vision of creating a place where all employees can say I'm safe, I belong, and I matter.

You will support worldwide communications efforts and program support across three pillars

  • Community Impact - How we support, empower and invest in society and the communities where we live and operate
  • Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging - Championing dignity, respect, and empowerment for all people
  • Wellbeing - empowering our people with the skills, resources and spirit needed to care for their personal, team and community wellbeing


Content Creation/ Management

  • Independently creates content targeting key audiences, copyediting as necessary

  • Develops compelling storylines and written materials for internal and external audiences

  • Write and create content on behalf of executives to be included in emails, our intranet/websites and yammer posts; Creating content for external social media channels

  • Write stories about events and employees for inclusion in our Community and Belonging newsletter, internal websites, and yammer posts

  • Assist in managing bi-monthly newsletter compilation and distribution process

  • Work directly with employees to write their personal stories and bring them to life for blog series

  • Be sensitive, understanding and culturally aware of our unique differences and similarities. Utilize best practices for inclusive, global communications

  • Ensure content approval processes and timelines are defined and followed

  • Creation of posters and flyers for use in offices and data centers

Communications Planning

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of a master communications plan, taking the lead on various deliverables or plans as assigned by more senior leadership

  • Proactively identifies potential roadblocks or conflicts and escalates as needed

Communication Platform Management

  • Publishes and updates content utilizing various communication platforms as needed including intranet websites, yammer channels, and communications distribution tool, Poppulo

  • Escalates platform issues as needed

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Collaborate closely other teams including other internal and exec communications teams

  • Coordinates logistics and schedules meetings with external stakeholders as needed

  • Develops relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company

Program Management and Operations Support

  • Responsible for project deliverables as assigned by more senior team members such as coordination and planning for all team meetings and events, coordination of sustainability reporting, research and benchmarking, completion or surveys and awards applications across functions and pillars, supporting leadership team with communications and program management

Reporting and Metrics

  • Produces and distributes management reports on relevant engagement metrics across Community Impact, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, and Wellbeing

  • Assists in analysis across multiple data sources and consolidation of information into relevant themes

  • Assists in Building surveys, analyzing results, and conveying meaningful recommendations


  • 3+ years of experience in executive, employee, and/or external communications, with a global organization

  • Experience in assisting in developing plans, implementation and content creation

  • Experience working cross-functionally directly with employees and leaders to create content

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

  • Ability to work in an agile and rapidly changing environment

  • A self-motivated collaborator - someone who is comfortable working independently but comfortable reaching out to others for support and feedback

  • Experience producing or supporting communications across a variety of channels - including newsletters, videos, social media

  • Graphic design skills is a plus

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail

  • Curious, innovative, creative

  • Passionate about diversity, inclusion, Sustainability, Community Impact, Wellbeing and the overall betterment of society
