The Senza® System, Senza II™ System, and the Senza® Omnia™ System are the only SCS systems that deliver Nevro's proprietary HF10® therapy


This position is responsible for coordinating logistics and supporting execution of various Professional Education programs for health care providers with respect to Nevro SCS products and therapies.  The role will also be pivotal in managing and streamlining internal processes and collaboration with our consultant (faculty) contracting and utilization.  Some of the role responsibility include:

 

  • Coordinate and manage HCP contracting, payments, and renewal process
  • Support team on development and management of Prof Ed curriculum content and doc controls
  • Provide virtual and in-person event planning and execution support
  • Manage our Virtual and in-person HQ visit program
  • Lead project outsourcing of event management and logistics
  • Set up and manage event registrations and post-event activities (i.e. reports on eval forms, expenses, attendance, field feedback, etc.)
  • Assist with event kits/binder composition and creation (design and print agenda, speaker bios, logistics info, maps, expense forms, etc.) and any necessary accessories/collaterals (banners, name tags, etc.)
  • Manage reporting metrics for events and programs (post-surveys, attendees, participation, evaluations)
  • Track program performance and implement relevant feedback into future programs
  • Partner with Digital Media team on social media posts and event promotion
  • Support the ongoing development of website, Pulse, and other Prof Ed communication sites
  • Manage our Spine Mentor Program utilization with Field teams
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies (i.e. travel, meals, transportation, payments, etc)
  • Assist with the development and execution of communication plans to the sales force and event participants
  • Planning in a medical education environment preferred
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

 


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement.

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience relevant to working with healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and project management skills
  • Experience working in a self-directed environment
  • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and make accurate decisions
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong financial coordination skills
  • Proactive problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
