into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will lead the
global strategy, design, planning, and daily operations of the
Scaled Sales programs to drive sustainable impact for our
advertisers. You will perform analyses and develop insights that
drive strategic decisions for the operation and design of sales
programs, while working closely with Program Managers, Sales, and
cross-functional partners. Combining your thought leadership and
insights from your analysis, you will act as an advisor for leaders
across the organization.

- Drive program design changes by identifying improvement areas,
developing recommendations, and modeling change scenarios.
- Evaluate pilots with knowledge of leading and lagging
indicators, as well as sales and advertiser experiences.
- Support strategic planning, with data-backed hypotheses and
understanding of operational implications.
- Present analyses and lead discussion with cross-functional
stakeholders and executives.
