Job Description:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in manipulating and modeling data sets using SQL.
  • 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with sales or sales teams.
  • Experience managing strategic and operationally-intricate projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent business judgment, along with a desire to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. In this role, you will lead the global strategy, design, planning, and daily operations of the Scaled Sales programs to drive sustainable impact for our advertisers. You will perform analyses and develop insights that drive strategic decisions for the operation and design of sales programs, while working closely with Program Managers, Sales, and cross-functional partners. Combining your thought leadership and insights from your analysis, you will act as an advisor for leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-focused insights into sales performance, including reviewing historical trends, global variability, future trends, and recognition of key drivers.
  • Drive program design changes by identifying improvement areas, developing recommendations, and modeling change scenarios.
  • Evaluate pilots with knowledge of leading and lagging indicators, as well as sales and advertiser experiences.
  • Support strategic planning, with data-backed hypotheses and understanding of operational implications.
  • Present analyses and lead discussion with cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
