Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology
company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit
high-value frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company's
R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress
diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion
Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new
member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other
outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with
cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
Revolution Medicines is seeking a motivated and energetic
individual with a scientific background to be part of the
Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP)
Organization. This position contributes to and supports the
company's research and development efforts to create new medicines
for cancer patients by harnessing the value of frontier oncology
targets - proteins that drive the growth of cancers or that control
immune responses that can defeat them.
Be a key contributor to DMPK strategy by acting as a Subject
Matter Expert on interdisciplinary project teams.
Identify critical ADME/PK-related issues; align and collaborate
with cross-functional drug discovery teams to support lead
optimization and development candidate selection.
Collaborate with preclinical pharmacology and toxicology
functions to design PK/PD/efficacy and safety/toxicity/TK studies.
Apply modeling and simulation to predict human PK profiles and
project efficacious doses in FIH studies.
Bring fresh perspectives in identifying and employing new
technologies and strategies to address current and future ADME/PK
challenges to drive RevMed projects.
Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and study records
and keep internal database up to date.
Author high quality documents to support regulatory filings and
- Participate in the preparation of conference abstracts and
manuscripts for publication.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical
Sciences, or related fields.
Over 5 years of industry experience in drug discovery and
development; experience with GLP studies is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of drug metabolism, ADME, pharmacokinetics,
and bioanalytical principles.
Proficiency in PK analysis and modeling using WinNonlin or other
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to
represent DMPK in a collaborative team environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong record keeping
and data management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
