Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Reporting & Analytics on the necessary data to support worldwide planning needs

  • Collaborate with the Anaplan Development team on enhancements to the overall territory and quota planning dashboards

  • Support annual sales coverage design which analyzes improvements to the sales force design / layout that accelerates bookings / revenue in the next fiscal year's planning cycle. Bring recommendations to each sales organization that increases bookings, sales productivity, new logos, or improves renewals.

  • Work on improvement projects for specific sales territories that deliver recommendations and insights that deliver deep value to territories that need performance improvements.

  • Work on quarterly analysis and insights for the worldwide Chief Sales Officer metrics for the sales organization which rolls up the critical operational metrics associated with the annual sales plan.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy/planning/analytics, or FP&A

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Anaplan

  • Strong analytical skills including Excel modeling and Tableau

  • Curious individual with strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.

  • Detailed oriented, Organization and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

  • Experience working for a multinational organization, in a high growth, fast paced and dynamic global technology-driven environment strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to routinely interact with peers in Planning community and Anaplan Development team
