Meadows in Bloom is seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our project in Oakland!

Meadows in Bloom is the cultivation arm of the Legion of Bloom, is a multi-award winning, industry leading, premiere cannabis brand. The Cultivation Team is integral to ensuring a high quality product is grown and harvested. Team members would be involved from the very beginning of the cultivation cycle, until the very end. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, intelligent individuals who care deeply about nurturing top tier products to be consumed by discerning customers. We dedicate mountains of time and effort into ensuring the "Legion Grown" stamp of quality is never compromised, and this means only bringing on the right candidates to join our growing team. We work hard, and are looking for enthusiastic and qualified personnel to be shoulder to shoulder alongside us.

The Cultivation Team is responsible for defoliation, plant work, plant delivery intake, transplanting, feeding, spraying, cleaning, loading / unloading, sanitizing, monitoring, and general maintenance of cultivation areas.

Responsibilities:

• Spraying
• Deleafing
• Feeding
• Loading / unloading
• Monitoring nutrients
• Cleaning cultivation areas
• Sanitizing cultivation areas
• Oversight of plants and providing feedback to Project Managers

Required Skills

• Dexterous & used to working with hands
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day while working
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Attention to detail
• Results oriented
• Team Player & willing to go the extra mile
• Prior experience in Cannabis cultivation
• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
• Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
