System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared,
automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract
symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging,
automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted,
controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation
therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent
of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.
As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader, you will play a pivotal role
in leading a team of full-cycle recruiters, building talent
strategy, creating processes, partnering with key stakeholders,
managing partners and delivering the results to grow our
organization. You will be responsible for establishing a vision and
strategy that lead to hiring results, great internal partnerships,
operational rigor and an amazing candidate experience. You will
report to the VP, People and will lead complex initiatives in a
hyper-growth environment. As a people manager, you will be
responsible for scaling and developing the TA team, its culture,
and its operations through this exciting growth phase.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Required As
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, Finance, Marketing and
management to develop and implement a strategy to achieve an annual
hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality and speed of hires.
Scale our workforce balancing vendor relations, technology, people
leadership, and creative sourcing methods to identify high
potential, diverse talent across all functions and hiring
Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the
goal of creating a high-performing TA organization and regularly
share metrics with leadership to drive better business
Build employer branding with focus on Linkedin and Glassdoor;
Partner with Marketing on innovative ways to increase our brand
Drive a great candidate and manager experience through continuous
Develop, implement and promote Diversity and Inclusion programs
pertaining to TA and be an active voice in shaping company-wide
Implement meaningful solutions to develop an internal talent
marketplace as part of our overall talent strategy.
Lead hiring manager training on TA initiatives and build
organization capability in TA.
Lead, inspire and mentor a highly motivated talent acquisition team
to deliver outstanding results
Oversee, integrate, design and revamp as necessary staffing
processes, systems, templates and dashboards.
Manage recruitment of executive roles end to end and take on
requisitions as needed
Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects
of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure
product and support regulatory compliance
Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

Bachelor's degree (Human Resources discipline preferable).
8+ years of recruiting experience across various disciplines
including 2+ years in a management role.
High Growth experience including success in startups and scaling
environments; Medical Device or Biotech desirable.
Demonstrable track record of developing recruiting professionals at
all levels across all business functions.
Experience implementing workforce planning and recruiting
Strong operational, programmatic, and analytical skills.
Adept at influencing executives through strong relationships,
expertise and data.
Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done in tandem with
participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments
and time deliverables with strong orientation toward
