100% REMOTE HRIS Workday Functional Lead IMMEDIATE HRIS Workday Functional Lead role available! We are currently representing a client in the cyber security technology space, seeking an HRIS Workday Functional Lead to join their team on a direct hire basis. - This critical member of the HR team will work closely with HR leadership to define a roadmap for future Workday enhancements, while managing day to day system configurations and that will allow the HR team and other internal stakeholders to optimally use the system to meet business needs. HR team to use the system to full capacity. The organization is seeking a candidate who possesses not only the technical expertise, but also critical thinking, communication, and influencing skills. To qualify, HRIS Workday Functional Lead must possess at least 8 years of HRIS OR IT Systems experience within Workday modules, a Bachelor's Degree, advanced use of Microsoft Excel, and must be a highly motivated team player with a passion for excellence and with a drive for results. - #IT123
