POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Marketing & Community Relations team, this position
supports the credit union's data-driven efforts to gather, analyze,
and report on member activity and feedback as well as administers
the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program. Identifies issues and
systemic trends through channels such as but not limited to NPS,
social media, and other member feedback channels and captures,
prioritizes, and disseminates to channel managers for improvement.
This role also assists with member targeting, research, and
reporting to assist promotional efforts, including management of
the MCIF marketing data system.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, ensuring that
survey emails are sent, responses tabulated, and regular reports
created for management to act on key member feedback. Monitor
SMCU's social feedback, including Google, Yelp, Facebook, and
Twitter for similar feedback.
Assist with marketing campaigns including, but not limited to
audience selection and lists, incentive payouts, and reporting
Work collaboratively to create and maintain the closed loop
feedback response processes for all applicable departments
including the administering of the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
program, ensuring that survey emails are sent, responses tabulated,
and regular reports created for management to act on key member
feedback. Additionally, monitor and report on member other feedback
channels including but not limited to Everest, Google, Yelp,
Facebook, and Twitter.
Act as a secondary resource for channel management of platforms
such as but not limited to Alkami's Flux and Visa Campaign
Solutions.
Act as the primary MCIF (Marketing Customer Information File)
liaison between SMCU's Information Services (IS) Department and the
marketing data management vendor (Raddon) in requesting one- time
and recurring audience lists, campaign reporting and research
information.
Based on data needs and analysis, recommend new member surveys and
focus groups, marketing programs and audiences, and product/service
enhancements
Support and coordinate the introduction of and changes to deposit
products and promotional rates/incentives
Ensure member data security protocols are strictly followed at all
times.
Identify systemic issues to surface for evaluation of new/improved
business processes
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not
limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office
of Foreign Assets Control.
Perform other duties and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to connect

Working capability with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
provide clear, actionable requests/reports and to interface with
all levels of personnel within the organization.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively and
adhere to deadlines.
Takes initiative and is a self-starter with ideas to improve
processes.
