Join us!About The RoleIn the Business Development role at BlueVine, you will be responsible for building the strategy and rapidly accelerating our MRP (Merchant Referral Program) channel. The Merchant Referral Program is a new partnership channel for BlueVine. You'll have the rare opportunity to design our market positioning and outreach processes from the ground up. We need a general individual player and strategic thinker. You are someone who can execute on marketing campaigns, onboarding partners, and manage a fragmented partner base of 4,000+. Must be entrepreneurial and comfortable leading a new initiative as an individual contributor from the ground up . This has massive scaling potential and if successful could lead to leadership opportunities.What You'll Do

  • Deploy large-scale marketing campaigns to drive interest at the top of the funnel
  • Build a pipeline of prospective partners, qualify the opportunity set, and then aggressively pursue the highest value relationships
  • Manage inbound partnership pipeline and work within our compliance policies to onboard partnerships
  • Cover your partner pipeline closely over time in order to originate line of credit and invoice financing deals (to be worked by our Inside Sales team)
  • Travel to conferences, professional associations, and trade shows as a BlueVine representative
  • Educate your partners on our products, partnership program, and customer on-boarding process What We Look For
    • Minimum 3-5 years of outbound telephone sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Leadership potential & interest
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales quota, highly goal-oriented
