Learn more about us, our awards, and some of our services: Heart /sequoiaResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Projects & Employee Health, this position is responsible for transporting inpatients & outpatients, as well as specimens and supplies, to and from various areas of the hospital. The transportation of patients is done via gurneys, wheelchairs or hospital beds. Responsibilities may include:Assists RN's in transporting non-stable patients.Assists Radiology personnel in transferring patients onto and off x-ray tables.QualificationsMinimum:Customer Service experience and experience dealing with the public is required.Graduation from High School or equivalent.Preferred:Patient Handling experience highly valued.Hospital environment experience and CNA Certification preferred.
