Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a very important
client.The IT Support Specialist will report directly to the
Helpdesk Supervisor. The primary function of the role is the global
support of the company?s IT infrastructure (Desktops, Laptops,
Phones, Services, Hosted Services, and Mobile Devices).- Responds
to questions/requests with clarity and courtesy from the Jira
helpdesk - On boarding new hire process - Work as a liaison with
third-party IT Engineers and consultants to resolve issues with IT
services such as QAD, SalesForce, , etc.- Provide support via
phone, web, remote desktop and email to assure continuity of core
business- Including automation to production systems, specifically
Active Directory.- Uses creativity and innovation to automate and
streamline processes and procedures- Effectively interfaces with
staff at all levels.- Support end user in different region as well
as AUS, EMAE and Costa Rica - Other duties as assigned Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Role
Requirements- 3+ Years of experience in Corporate IT support and
administrationSkills and Knowledge- Four-year degree or greater
preferred- Experience working with SCCM version 2012 and later.-
Excellent communication and customer service skills- Willing to
consult with clients and provide simple and timely solutions-
Strong written skills and detailed orientated- Prioritize day to
day activities - Ability to work across various time zones in
multi-cultural environments- Excellent problem-solving skills-
Strong technical documentation skills- Self-Starter ? Employee is
expected to manage their own time and work a full professional day-
Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10, 7)- Proficient with MS Office
365- Windows Server Support (Windows Server 2016 and later)-
Windows Network Administration (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group
Policy)- Apple Mac Support (JAMF) is a plus- Administration of
web-based services (, Office 365, Okta)- Mobile Device Support
(iPhone, iPad, Android)- Senior Executive Support- Imaging Tools
such as MDT- Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing
skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement
environment.- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.-
Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.-
High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good
work ethic.- Must have working knowledge of a variety of
technologies and platforms, experience with Enterprise Cloud
platforms
