The Position
The East Bay Family Engagement Specialist is a part-time non-exempt
position on Rocketship's Regional Team. This role is responsible
for leading new family recruitment efforts for 3 schools across the
Bay Area (2 in the East Bay Peninsula and one in Redwood City),
supporting our school teams with new family enrollment, and
creating a welcoming and seamless transition for families to our
schools. The East Bay Family Recruitment Specialist will be a
member of the Bay Area Family Recruitment team and will report to
the functional leader for Bay Area Family Recruitment.
This position executes on recruitment strategies, including
canvassing, community organizing, and directly engaging with
families. The East Bay Family Recruitment Specialist must execute
their responsibilities with passion, professionalism and a high
degree of customer service. This position requires flexibility of
schedule, including willingness to occasionally work weekend and
evening hours as events demand.

Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent
