AP Associate

• Code and Process invoices from vendors in Bill.com and NetSuite
• Review vendor statements, research, and resolve invoice inquiries
• Process employee expense reports in Expensify
• Reconcile Credit Card statements and request credit card receipts from employees in other department
• Manage and update vendor/owner W9s, address changes, and contact information
• Assist on reconciliation of 1099s year-end filing
• Additional projects as necessary for monthly close and audit
• Work with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure appropriate PO/invoice vouchering About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with accounting major
  • 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Previous experience with attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, teamwork, and analyzing information
  • Working knowledge of accounting, vendor relationships, data entry skills, general math skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP environments, preferably NetSuite Company Perks & Benefits:
