  • 401(k)Job DetailsThis role requires extensive travel to different job sites, ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary and time constraints. Responsibilities:
    • Construction Project Management: Take charge of overall project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating construction activities across multiple sites.
    • Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and leadership to construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
    • Quality Control: Ensure that workmanship and construction practices meet the project's quality standards and specifications.
    • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety regulations, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on project progress, including schedule adherence, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation and utilization of labor, equipment, and materials to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges, obstacles, or conflicts that may arise during construction, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
    • Client Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Qualifications:
      • Construction Experience: Extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
      • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
      • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding construction teams.
      • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and make effective decisions.
      • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
      • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Safety Focus: Deep knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
      • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work at different job sites as required.
