Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive
to manage client relationships and provide strategic consulting
services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain an existing book of business and acquire new
clients
Conduct regular meetings with clients for claims reviews,
compliance updates, and renewal planning
Develop and present new business strategies and client
communications on benefits legislation and industry trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
NYS Life, Accident & Health License required
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required
10+ years of experience in large group Employee Benefits customer
service/account management
Experience with 100-500 life group and fully insured, level-funded
& self-funding plans
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in creating
spreadsheets
