JOB DUTIES: Use knowledge of building, launching, and scaling B2B SaaS products to set strategy and lead teams towards inspiring goals supporting Atlassian's software products and platforms. Collaborate with multiple engineering, analytics, design, and research teams. Plan, run, and analyze user research sessions to inform decision-making and strategy. Work with product teams in the US and Australia, focusing on measuring and improving key goals for Jira's success. Contribute to product vision, strategy, and launch of excellent products. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests using Statsig; utilize SQL and Databricks to calculate and interpret key business and user metrics. Use Amplitude to measure product metrics and create dashboards to enhance business outcomes. Conduct large-scale user research sessions and analyze results with Dovetail to make informed product decisions. Set clear goals, make impactful decisions, and communicate effectively across teams, leadership, customers, and partners. Strive to create positive outcomes across products and teams, considering customer experience and data insights.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least five (5) years in product management, with experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities, shipping, learning, and iterating. Proven ability to develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals. At least three (3) years of experience launching experiments, measuring impact, and iterating. Additionally, three (3) years of experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests with Statsig, and calculating/interpreting key metrics using SQL and Databricks. Also, three (3) years utilizing Amplitude to measure metrics and create dashboards, and conducting large-scale user research sessions with Dovetail to inform product decisions.
