Job Description:

The Order Management Analyst is part of the Finance team supporting transactional activities for global order processing. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Revenue, the ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Legal to process orders, which primarily include SaaS subscription services. The Order Management Analyst will be responsible for the organization, fulfillment, booking and documentation of all transactions.Areas of responsibility include:Manage subscription fulfillment utilizing Zuora including customer onboarding, upgrades, and deactivationEnsure accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in financial reportingAssist with month-end close accounting entries for orders processed via the company---s self-service portalSupport invoicingDrive business process improvements and initiatives; bring best practice to Quote to Cash and Revenue processesAnticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficientlyWork with Product Management and Engineers on new product releases in Sandbox and ProductionAssist in SOX compliance efforts, including adherence to accounting policies, and documentation of internal control proceduresAd hoc reporting and analysis, including supporting quarterly/annual audit requestsQualifications:3 years related experience, preferably in a public SaaS companyBachelor---s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferredStrong business acumen and understanding of sales process (forecasting, bookings, revenue)Experience with Zuora, NetSuite and Salesforce a plusProven ability to work accurately, with a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlinesTakes a customer service-oriented approachA problem solver who is collaborative, proactive, responsive and reliableStrong organization skills and follow throughStrong written and oral communication skillsAbout Us: What we do: We are a cloud-native SaaS machine data analytics platform, solving complex monitoring problems for DevOps, SecOps and ITOps teams.
