potential.Job Summary:To plan, coordinate work and contribute to
the efficient running of processing operations by participating in
the repair and maintenance of complex plant and equipment in a safe
manner and by providing discretion within his/her level of skills
and training.Key Responsibilities:Performs work individually under
limited supervision or in a team environmentPerforms work in
accordance with standard operating procedures and from complex
instructions and proceduresUndertake routine maintenance of
relevant plant and equipment in accordance with scheduled
requirements in a safe and efficient mannerUndertake fault finding
to identify the root cause of a mechanical or electrical issue and
implement measures to effectively solve this issue in a safe
mannerOperates lifting equipment incidental to the workPerforms
non-trade tasks incidental to the workAble to inspect products
and/or materials for conformity with established operational
standardsParticipate in any major shutdowns to ensure tasks are
performed in a safe and efficient manner as requiredParticipate in
any plant / equipment installation and commissioning process as
requiredFollow safe work practices including but not limited to
lock out/tag out and isolation techniquesUnderstands and implements
quality control techniquesProvides trade guidance and assistance as
part of a work teamFollow safe work practices including but not
limited to lock out/tag out and isolation techniquesDemonstrate
personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment,
Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and
initiativesSupport diversity and inclusion, positive employee
relations, and teamworkSupport measures designed to effectively
manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirementsSupport
continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirementsComply
with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to
jobSupport training and performance-management initiatives
Qualifications: Associate's degree; advanced diploma; Level 4
award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience, preferredTrade qualification, higher
apprenticeship, or equivalent combination of education and
experienceThree to four years of relevant experienceThree years of
experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment,
preferredSkills: Proficient in MS Office SuiteStrong interpersonal
and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work
effectively with a broad range of individuals at multiple levels
and to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to follow proper
safety protocolsGood organizational skills and attention to
detailExcellent attendance recordSelf-motivated with positive
attitudeAbility to adapt to change, manage multiple tasks, meet
deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to drive
