Ability to work and communicate in a team environment, sharing all team activities. Activities include putting inventory away in specific locations, pulling inventory according to picking instructions, boxing, packaging orders and shipping orders, preparing truck manifests, and the transportation of material from manufacturing to distribution. Supporting these activities you will be required to operate a variety of equipment including forklift, bobtail, and order picking equipment. Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Temporary or Contract, Long Term. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour Duties: Data Entry - Repetitive motion - Required - Typically 2.5 hours mixed throughout day. - Put away - Returning product to shelf (rack). Requires estimated combination of 80% forklift use and 20% hand stacking boxes weighing 10 - 110 pounds. Heavy boxes are not manually lifted, rather repositioned without lifting onto a pallet or shelf. Use of RF equipment. - Picking - Removing lightweight (40 lb.) components from storage shelves at higher frequency using an order picker at heights up to 20 feet above grade. E-Reels (boxed) pulled with forklift on pallet and transferred to packing transition point. Pneumatic hoist is available as needed. E-reel boxes are labeled with weight. - Packing - Includes stacking e-reels (10 - 110 lb.). Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
