WHY BOX NEEDS YOU Box is looking to hire a new member to its Global Sales Strategy & Operations team. At a high-level, the team member will focus on three core components - strategy and planning, execution, and process/operations. The role will be instrumental in helping to shape global sales strategy and then ensuring (through targeted projects and initiatives) that the strategy is executed and impacting acceleration in sales. This member of the team will be instrumental in driving efficiencies throughout the global sales organization, as well as a member of the larger go-to-market strategy, as an influencer across the business unit. We're looking for an analytically-minded person that can balance operations with strategy and planning and are not afraid to ask difficult questions and seek the answers for them. Someone that knows how to apply the hypothesis-driven approach to solving problems and you are also able to analyze large quantities of data, derive insightful recommendations and confidently present to our senior leadership team. Last but not least, a rolling up your sleeves attitude is very important - Box is a very lean and entrepreneurial company - in our team, we balance the high level strategic view with actual deep-dive analysis. A strong Global Sales Strategy Manager will be a strategic business partner to sales leadership and the surrounding global go-to-market leadership team, providing input and driving projects to yield overall company goals (increasing ARR, decreasing churn, driving larger deals and increasing annual contract value).
