- THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA SALES ADVISOR--- -CorePower Yoga is
looking for a part time Sales Advisor to support with building
relationships, providing an extraordinary experience, and
successfully converting students through the sales process to a
membership. The Sales Advisor assist with the check-in process,
provides space for connection in the studio, and supports each for
the yoga product needs. Additionally, the Sales Advisor is
responsible for excellent customer service to all students by
assisting clients with product knowledge, retail, bookings, and any
questions. This individual will be responsible for driving sales
with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude. You'll thrive in this
position if you have an outgoing personality, a high level of
organization, and the ability to influence. This position is
part-time and may require availability to work non-traditional
hours including, weekends, evening and/or morning shifts and
Holiday's. We look forward to having this role support our dynamic
team! -ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES -- Generate leads from classes, events
and studio inquiries, follow-up, and drive membership conversion --
Helping build in-studio and market engagement and activations --
Identify opportunities and drive brand awareness through events and
relationship building with local businesses and partners - - --
Know top students/VIP members and always deliver a high level of
hospitality -- Maintain marketing material; re-stock flyers, remove
old and outdated materials, replenish supply of existing materials
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with Studio/Area -and
Studio Support Center Leadership all pertinent information --
Optimize various sales techniques to achieve membership sales goals
-- Accountability for driving shared membership/ student financial
goals -- Own the student experience in the studio; help resolve any
student issues - Fluency in POS systems; have expertise and
assist/train instructors in how to effectively sell and use the
systems ---- -EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - -- Excellent
sales, written and verbal communication, and customer service
skills required -- Friendly, outgoing personality and can-do,
optimistic attitude -- Part of the team, helping with what is
needed in studio during downtime i.e. cleaning and keeping the
studio on brand -- You're a relationship builder; able to create
meaningful connections- Technically savvy and proficient in
Microsoft office -- Highly organized -- Strong cross-functional
partner and collaborator - -- Ability to influence- Goal-oriented
with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills -- Flexible
schedule including weekends and holidays -- Previous sales
experience required -- Can represent and be an ambassador for the
CorePower Yoga brand -- Must be able to work in a stationary
position, move and walk around event and office spaces -- Must
