finding a hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager to lead
revenue growth and customer relationships in a relationship-driven,
locally rooted business. This role is primarily focused on sales
leadership, account growth, and customer satisfaction, with
marketing serving as a supporting function. You will work closely
with contractors, landscapers, builders, homeowners, and internal
teams to drive repeat business, develop new opportunities, and
ensure a high-quality customer experience across all locations. Key
Responsibilities Lead and grow sales through strong customer
relationships and account management Coach and support sales and
customer service teams to meet performance goals Oversee quotes,
pricing support, and key customer accounts Partner with Operations
to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product availability Support
sales-focused marketing efforts such as promotions, events, and
community outreach Track sales performance and identify growth
opportunities Qualifications Proven sales leadership experience,
ideally in construction materials, aggregates, or a related
industry Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Hands-on leadership style with comfort in day-to-day operations
Business-minded, results-driven, and community-oriented Comfortable
using CRM and basic sales-support tools Valid California driver’s
