Advent Group Ministries is a Christ?centered nonprofit serving
youth and families through compassionate, trauma?informed care. We
walk alongside clients with excellence, humility, and hope as they
pursue healing and stability. Role Summary We're seeking
mission?driven AMFTs and ACSWs who are Master's?prepared graduates
actively working toward California licensure. Under licensed
supervision, you will provide individual, family, and group
treatment for youth and families, collaborate with
interdisciplinary partners, and grow clinical skills in a
supportive, spiritually grounded environment. What You'll Do
Provide trauma?informed individual, family, and group psychotherapy
under supervision Complete intake, assessment, safety planning,
diagnosis (as appropriate), and treatment planning Maintain timely,
accurate documentation and outcomes tracking in the EHR Coordinate
care with schools, social services, probation, and community
partners Participate in weekly individual and group supervision ,
case consultation, and trainings Contribute to a culture of
compassion, integrity, and prayerful service What You Bring
Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work,
Counseling, or related field Active California BBS registration as
AMFT or ACSW (or eligibility within 30 days) Passion for serving
youth and families; alignment with our faith?based mission and
values Familiarity with evidence?based practices (e.g., CBT,
TF?CBT, Motivational Interviewing, family?systems) Strong
communication, cultural humility, and teamwork skills Ability to
meet documentation and quality standards Nice to Have Experience
with youth mental health, foster care, probation, school?based, or
residential services Bilingual (Spanish/English or other community
languages) Training in crisis intervention, safety planning, and
de?escalation Supervision & Professional Development Weekly
individual and group supervision by licensed LMFT/LCSW supervisors

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $[XX]-$[YY]/hour (DOE) or
