seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager
to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be
instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting
relationships with our commercial clients, helping to drive our
mission of providing top-tier financial solutions. Your expertise
will facilitate the development and expansion of our commercial
portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and
commitment to service excellence. Develop and nurture relationships
with new and existing commercial clients. Analyze financial
statements and market trends to provide tailored financial
solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and close
financial transactions. Monitor and manage portfolio risk and
compliance. Prepare and present periodic portfolio performance
reviews to management. Stay updated with industry trends, economic
conditions, and regulatory changes. Strong understanding of
commercial banking products and services. Excellent analytical,
negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial
modeling and risk assessment. Ability to manage multiple projects
and deadlines. Competent in using banking software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Optional: Relevant
financial certifications or licenses.
