The Registered Nurse will leverage theoretical knowledge to make
informed decisions in practice, focusing on assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care for adult and
geriatric patients. Candidates are expected to report to facilities
within the designated regional area of their home hospital.
Specific facilities will be determined during the hiring process
with the approval of the leadership team. Position Overview:

Communities Department: Regional Float Pool Status: Part-Time (24

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on
Experience Plus: Regional Float Pool Benefits and Shift
Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for

(SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac Intensive Care
(ICU): CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU
Emergency Department (ED/ER) Labor & Delivery (L&D) And more!

Facility H - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required Education:
Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment and comply with all state
nursing board regulations. Required Experience: At least one year
of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles. For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic Certifications (Required to Start): For
Med/Surg and Behavioral Health - BLS For Women’s Health - BLS & NRP
For Critical Care - BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS,
& PALS Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for
most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of
patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50
