NJ is seeking a GME Coordinator for a long term temporary position.

Education Coordinator Pay rate: $30-35/hr (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm Duration: 6-12 months,
with possible extension, can apply to the permanent position.
Location: Newark NJ Duties include but not limited to; The GME
coordinator assists in all student related activities of the
department. Job Responsibilities Keeps abreast of departmental
policies related to student education programs Coordinates and
ensures implementation of student educational programs: orientation
activities, GME lectures, review sessions, examinations
(responsibilities include room and AV reservations, preparation of
materials, coordination of scheduling) Assists GME director with
all clerkship/acting internship functions related to students
within the department, such as: Monitors and ensures completion of
students’ clerkship requirements Updates quarterly program Syllabus
Manages and updates online educational system for the program
Tracks and collates grades consisting of student evaluations, exam
scores and final grades Ensures student folders are complete with
all grade components Proctors quarterly examinations Requirements:
Strong administrative skills, calendar management skills. Ability
to run a program Well versed in MS Office suite, must be able to
set up Zoom meetings and MS Teams meetings. Organized, dependable
and reliable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pay
Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for
