Job Description:
Aya Education, a leader in innovative educational services, is
seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This
role involves delivering specialized speech and language services
across various educational settings, focusing on improving
communication skills and enhancing educational outcomes. As a
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist with Aya Education, you will be
instrumental in addressing diverse student needs through tailored
speech therapy and comprehensive assessments, ensuring every
student achieves their full communicative and academic potential.
Assess students' speech, language, and communication skills to
identify needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans based on students' specific requirements. Travel between
schools within the district to provide consultations and direct
therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
staff to integrate speech therapy with educational goals. Maintain
accurate records of students’ progress and therapy sessions.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for
accommodations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in speech
therapy and educational practices. Strong understanding of
speech-language disorders and treatment methodologies. Ability to
create detailed assessments and effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
using therapy equipment and technology. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
