This role is the first step towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, providing exposure and experience necessary for advancement. You will learn how to build a book of business through proactive outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncover opportunities through needs-based analysis, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Additionally, you will observe skilled FCs and learn how to deliver value and service through collaboration and mentoring. • A valid and active Series 7 license (may be obtained through Branch Network Licensing Program)
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license (may be obtained under employment conditions)
• A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained under employment conditions)Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to leverage business development experience
  • Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage and banking products and services
